12/5/2024 The purpose of the amendment 0001 is to:
1. Provide responses to RFI's that were submitted by potential bidders only. No other changes are made. See attachment "Sol_12445225B0001_Amd_0001" for more details.
Project Name:
SRS Stoneville Sewer Main Repair Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is:
Less than $25,000.
Scope of Work: To repair a failed connection at the sewer main of the Southern Research Station's campus in Stoneville, MS. Period of Performance: 30 days after receiving the notice to proceed.
Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 12/3/2024 at 09:00 AM CST. An amendment with responses from any RFI's will be sent after the due date, if any. For additional information, see page #22 of 24 of the solicitation document.

Bid Deadline: Tuesday, 12/10/2024, 3:00 PM CST.
Bid Opening Date: Tuesday, 12/10/2024, 3:30 PM CST (30 mins after bid closing). For additional information, see page #24 of 24 of the solicitation document.
Award of Contract: One award will be made from this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contractors must submit pricing for all items on the schedule of items. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.104-1.
