United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - AK has a requirement for rental of a hotel conference room within 20 miles of Anchorage, Alaska. Principle NAICS is 721110. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representation and certifications. Questions will be due no later than 23 July 2025, 5pm Alaska Standard Time. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued electronicallly, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.
