Data circuits 2025 CTARNG

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to:

AT&T for data circuits utilized by the CTARNG. The above referenced company has the capability and equipment for service already in place at locations throughout Connecticut. The CTARNG Unclassified Network consists of twenty-two Armories each containing an AT&T Ethernet AVPN (EaVPN) connection. Our current vendor shall not be changed during the contract transition because this will cause significant disruption to our current service and add undue burden of ripping out network infrastructure.

A contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
