The above referenced company has the capability and equipment for service already in place at locations throughout Connecticut. The CTARNG Unclassified Network consists of twenty-two Armories each containing an AT&T Ethernet AVPN (EaVPN) connection. Our current vendor shall not be changed during the contract transition because this will cause significant disruption to our current service and add undue burden of ripping out network infrastructure. A contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
