This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-25-Q-0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)

Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective as of 3 January 2025. (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 513210- “Software Publishers” with a size standard of $47 Million (PSC of 7H20 IT AND TELECOM - PLATFORM PRODUCTS: DATABASE, MAINFRAME, MIDDLEWARE (HW, PERPETUAL LICENSE SOFTWARE)).
