This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-25-Q-0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)

**Federal Acquisition Circular:** This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective as of 3 January 2025.
