Shredding and Recyclable Services OHARNG

Contractor will provide an on-site shredding service to the Headquarters building of the Ohio National Guard (Beightler Armory) and Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base (RANGB). The Contractor will provide receptacles / disposal bins for distribution throughout the National Guard Headquarters Building (Beightler Armory) located at 2825 W Dublin Granville Road and Rickenbacker Air National Guard base (RANGB) located at 7750 South Access Road, 8 buildings.

Contractor will also include a yearly visit to a Federal Records Holding site located at USPFO Warehouse, Building 5 on Defense Supply Center-Columbus (DSCC). It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory Past Performance and Reasonable Price. Failure to submit sufficient information may result in the rejection of your proposal.

An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards at the best price. Please include a copy of your active sam.gov registration and 889 information. If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.

Reponses to this announcement must be complete and include the signed SF 1449. Please ensure acknowledgement of all amendments. Offerors are encouraged to check sam.gov often for changes and/or amendements to this RFQ. Quotes and questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Alan J. Cooper, alan.j.cooper8.civ@army.mil. Questions are due no later than 12 PM 2 APR 24. Questions submitted after 2 APR 24 risk going unanswered.
