The Contractor will provide receptacles / disposal bins for distribution throughout the National Guard Headquarters Building (Beightler Armory) located at 2825 W Dublin Granville Road and Rickenbacker Air National Guard base (RANGB) located at 7750 South Access Road, 8 buildings. Contractor will also include a yearly visit to a Federal Records Holding site located at USPFO Warehouse, Building 5 on Defense Supply Center-Columbus (DSCC). It is not the intent of the Government to enter into negotiations. It is incumbent upon the offeror to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine satisfactory Past Performance and Reasonable Price. Failure to submit sufficient information may result in the rejection of your proposal. An award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)), of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards at the best price.
