FY23 OHARNG CJAG Demolition Project

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS OHARNG Sol# W91364-23-B-0005 Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG) FY23 Demolition Project The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the demolition of multiple building facilities throughout Area 3 throughout of the Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG); located at 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna, OH. 44266. This demolition service will include hazard material removal and abatement.

The base bid will consist of eleven buildings (BA400, BA401, BA402, BA 403, BA404, BA405, BA406, BB407, BB409, BB410, BB413 BC414, BC415, BC416, BC418, BC419 and BC420). There will be six additional option locations (outlined in the SOW). The number of optional locations that will be exercised at the time of award. The optional locations will be dependent on available funds.

Alternate Options: There are six additional demolition site locations outlined in the statement of work. Each of the individual locations will be individually priced as optional line items and will be exercised at the time of award.

237310 Small Business Size Standard $39,500,000.00: Disclosure of Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 The award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest price technically acceptable in accordance with the criteria set forth in the SOW.

Site Visit Information: There will be two scheduled site visits.
