The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Sediment Removal, Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove sediment and clear culverts within Black Rock Lake. Approximately 1,600 cubic yards (yd3) of material shall be removed and transported by the Contractor to an upland location within the Black Rock Lake property, for storage on Government property. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
