Construction Equipment Services Blanket Purchase Agreement, Upper Connecticut River Basin, locations in NH and VT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services in the Upper Connecticut River Basin, US Army Corps of Engineers project sites to include the following locations:

Otter Brook Lake Project Office: 480 Branch Road, Keene, NH (Cheshire County)

Surry Mountain Lake Project Office: 108 Surry Dam Road, Surry, NH 03431 (Cheshire County)

Townshend Lake Project Office: 3845 Vermont Route 30 Townshend, VT (Windham County)

Ball Mountain Lake Project Office: 88 Ball Mountain Lane, Jamaica, VT (Windham County)

North Springfield Lake Project Office: 98 Reservoir Road North Springfield, VT 05150 (Windsor County)

North Hartland Lake Project Office: 112 Clay Hill Rd, North Hartland, VT (Windsor County)

Union Village Dam Project Office: 2 Main Street, East Thetford, VT 05043 (Orange County)

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver Construction Equipment Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.

Interested vendors are notified that the Government’s intent is to award multiple (up to three (3)) Blanket Purchase Agreements from this one solicitation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
