Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Eglin AFB- Component Medical Training Facility

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the construction of an addition to the Component Medical Training Facility located at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. As part of the construction contract solicitation, the USACE intends to include a sole-source brand requirement for BEST (brand name) door lock cores.

This is not a solicitation for a competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (ET) on 4 April 2025. Send submissions to charity.a.mansfield@usace.army.mil.
