The purpose of this Market Survey is to seek interested and qualified sources capable of completing this requirement and to gather critical industry feedback regarding alternative project delivery and contracting strategies. This market survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy Section 3.2.1.2.1 (Market Analysis) to assist in procurement planning and acquisition strategy development.
