Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Dobbins ARB - Security Forces Training Facility

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the construction of a Security Forces Training Facility located at Dobbins ARB, Georgia. This entails a brand-name sole source specification for the following elements: The fire alarm panel and monitoring system for all areas are proposed for brand name sole source sourcing to Monaco Enterprises Incorporated, in order to comply with the Dobbins ARB Design Requirements.

This allows for continuity of repair and replacement across the entire installation. Included in this requirement are panels, sensors and all requisite fire detection and alert components. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 4:00 PM Easter Time (ET) on 25 July 2024.
