This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Purchase Order to furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to install Fall Protection on Control Tower Bridge, as indicated in this Solicitation.

Location: William H. Harsha Lake (2185 Slade Road, Batavia OH 45103). The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. NAICS Code is 238910. Quotes (including Bid Bonds) are due 13 August 2025 at 1000 EST. Please see solicitation for details.
