The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of Southridge Center, 1000 Parkway Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25309. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately five (5) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease. Additional information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from Ken Bowe by email at Kenneth.j.bowe@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm on 4 Oct 2024.
