## Description

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of Southridge Center, 1000 Parkway Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25309. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately five (5) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
