Lodging with Conference Space

GENERAL: This is a sources sought for non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein.

Such contract employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn shall be responsible to the U.S. Government.

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking to obtain support to provide lodging with conference rooms and meeting spaces to support a training event in San Jose, Costa Rica. (please answer paragraph below with your response): Company name, UEI number, CAGE code, and point of contact information (including phone number and email address) Capability Statement (limited to ten pages), clearly state availability for lodging only, conference space only, or able to provide both lodging space and conference space at the same facility.
