Ft. Drum, NY. Meal Drop Off 13-18 August 2024

The NYARNG requesting meal drop to Ft. Drum, NY. 20621 Munns Corner Rd. Ft. Drum, NY 13603, 13-18 August July 2024. See attached feeding schedule for the dates, times, and quantities required. Breakfast and Dinners, utilizing the NY 21-Day Menu. The NYARNG intends to award a small business who offers the lowest price for meal drop off that meets all criteria of the SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF.

All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Deadline for questions is Wednesday, 1700 (5PM) EST, 10 July 2024. Deadline for quote submission is Monday, 0800 (8AM) EST, 15 July 2024. One best and final response allowed per vendor.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: The contractor will furnish all containers, materials to include plates, bowls, cups, serving utensils, and flatware necessary to support all meals. The contractor will only be required to deliver meals in full or half pans, unit personnel will serve all meals as a buffet in accordance with prescribed portions per Soldier. All meals will be delivered to 20621 Munns Corner Rd. Ft.

Drum, NY 13603, 13-18 August July 2024. All prepared meals must be delivered and available on site in the proper warmer/cooler no later than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled mealtime unless otherwise directed. Menu deviations require prior approval of the designated Govt. POC and/or Contracting Officer.

Basis of award will be the lowest price that meets all the requirements of the solicitation and SOW. More details and specifics for the requirement are contained within the attached RFQ which contains the SOW. Attached NYARG Catering 21 Day Menu which corresponds with the menu number lited for each meal. Quotes shall be for the requested meals.
