Construction generally includes the installation of 4 pipeline/access improvements along Goetz Road, 2 pipeline/access improvements along Winter Circle, 4 pipeline/access improvements along the Salt Creek channel and within the Salt Creek Trail, and 2 pipeline/access improvements located inside the District���s Sun City Regional Water Reclamation Facility property. The work also includes cleaning of approximately 13,140 linear feet of the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline. The work is located in the City of Menifee, Riverside County, California. This is a Small Business Set Aside acquisition. This acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Part 14 Sealed Bid. The estimated magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code - 237110 Water and Sewer System Construction. Size Standard $45,000,000.00. BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: This project may be delayed, canceled or revised at any time prior to issuance of solicitation, bid opening or contract award.
