2nd Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to:

a. post answers to questions received from the Solicitation Site Visit that occurred on 16 July 2025.

b. extend the solicitation closing date from 25 July 2025, 0900 AM CEST TO 12 August 2025, 0900 AM CEST b. all other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBn)/ Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (FFP/LH/T&M), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Emergency Power Supply Systems (UPS and GEN) at USAG Bavaria- Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks, Germay. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria- Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
