ONLY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER, ECLYPSE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, HAS THE CAPABILITY TO REPAIR THE EQUIPMENT. THIS SOLICITAITON IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES HOWEVER ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCE MAY SUBMIT A BID, PROPOSAL, OR QUOTATION WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSES OF COMPETING FUTURE REQUIREMENTS.
