THE CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT HAS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FOR THE REPAIR OF THE GOVERNMENT OWNED ECLYPSE CIRCUIT VOLT ANALYZER PART NUMBER 97F-100-00000. ONLY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER, ECLYPSE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, HAS THE CAPABILITY TO REPAIR THE EQUIPMENT. THIS SOLICITAITON IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES HOWEVER ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCE MAY SUBMIT A BID, PROPOSAL, OR QUOTATION WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY FOR THE PURPOSES OF COMPETING FUTURE REQUIREMENTS.
