Lodging (AMENDED)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0006 as an RFQ. The Indiana Army National Guard is hosting a training event at the Monroe Convention Center in Bloomington, Indiana. The event will require personnel to stay overnight.

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).

3) CLIN 0001 - Lodging 4) The following commercial supplies are listed in detail below. 4a) The contractor shall supply lodging (100 Total Rooms) as prescribed below with following caveat... 80 of the projected 100 rooms needed, have already been blocked off by the requiring activity at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bloomington, and shall be considered part of the final award.

The other 20 rooms are at the discretion of the contractor but must be located within walking distance (1/3rd of a mile) of the Monroe Convention Center, Bloomington. 4b) Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington. 03 March to 07 March 2024 - 10 single occupancy rooms. 04 March to 07 March - 70 single occupancy rooms. 4c) Other hotel within walking distance. 03 March to 07 March 2024 - 15 single occupancy rooms. 04 March to 07 March - 5 single occupancy rooms. 5) The room rates must meet the GSA lodging rates as allowed by the Joint Travel Regulation for Bloomington, Indiana. 6) Quotes shall include the following:

Company Name Street Address City, State, and Zip Remittance Address DUNS number CAGE Code UEI Tax ID Discount Terms 7) The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conformance to the RFQ will represent the BEST VALUE to the Government. 8) Quotes are due at 4 PM. local (eastern) time on 19 February, 2024.
