Relocate Frontier Equipment

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Government's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract with Frontier, located at 1500 MacCorkle Avenue, Charleston West Virginia, United States. The Army National Guard will be requiring services to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) a solution to relocate Frontier equipment.

The contractor shall maintain an adequate work force for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this SOW. The Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary for the relocation of equipment between rooms. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and quality control necessary as defined in the SOW. The Period of Performance shall be NLT 30 Days from issuance of award.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Frontier, per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), as the supplier of the network equipment, no other company can perform equipment movement and warranted maintenance. The NAICS for this acquisition is 517111, PSC 7G21. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
