The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Government's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract with Frontier, located at 1500 MacCorkle Avenue, Charleston West Virginia, United States. The Army National Guard will be requiring services to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) a solution to relocate Frontier equipment.
