Yellow Ribbon Event - December

This amendment is issued to add the Government's response to questions submitted by the industry. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Arizona National Guard is in need of a facility for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration program that can provide indoor meeting rooms and catering for soldiers and family members (Spouses, Parents, Siblings, Designated Individuals, etc.) located in the Phoenix Arizona. Vendor will utilize community event spaces where available to reduce rental space costs.

Vendor is also encouraged to contract with food caterers where possible to further reduce food associated expenses. Breakfast, lunch, and beverages are to be provided by the vendor for all attendees. See solicitation for details.
