216th Yellow Ribbon DEC 8

The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide ARNG 216th MP Yellow Ribbon Event Services. The resulting award will be for hotel-lodging, meals and audio/video set-up for break-out rooms. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract will be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. A brief synopsis of the services required is as follows:

1. hotel rooms (3) 2. Meals. 3. Audio/video set-up. 4. see attached SOW (statement of work) for more details. 5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 72110 – Hotels and the size standard is $40,000.00 and PSC Code V231 6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are responsible for checking Sam.gov for changes to this Sources Sought.
