Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Task Order under Spiral 4 IDIQ

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO CELLCO PARTNERSHIP FOR WIRELESS SERVICES This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304a through 2304d. This is a limited source action to be awarded as a new task order and/or modification of an existing order RESULTING IN AWARD OF TASK ORDER N00244-24-D-0010 –W912J7-24-F- 0024 to VERIZON WIRELESS : CELLCO PARTNERSHIP identifiedbelow.

The placement of a firm, fixed price order is anticipated. The proposed acquisition is to continue wireless and cellular services with Verizon Wireless : Cellco Partnership. It is intended to acquire 49 Data Card Devices, 171 iPhones, 41 data card devices/173 hotspots, International Services. Chargers, Cases, Screen Protectors. Must have 70% Coverage at the Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC ((Coordinates Provided in SOW)).

Provide additional portable cellular towers for 1 month Apr – Sep during peak usage at the OCTC. This procurement will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b) “Orders under multiple- award contracts”. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 517112, Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. The PSC code is DG10 IT and Telecom—Network as a Service.

This requirement is a commercial items/services with a dollar value over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for a period of performance of one Base Period and four Option Years with an anticipated start date of 8/21/2024. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
