Phantom T2540 High-Speed Cameras and Kit Cases for ERDC GSL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure Phantom T2540 High-Speed Cameras and Kit Cases for ERDC GSL.

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires two Phantom T2540, color high-speed cameras with 2560 x 1664 resolution at nominal 5840 fps and two Kit Cases with carry wheels and custom foam inserts. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered.

It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may cause for rejection of your quote.
