24 JANUARY 2024 UPDATE: The solicitation is amended to include an answer to a question received regarding the type of material in the 20-yard roll-off recycling container. Please see file named, "Attachment 0003 - Questions and Answers dated 24 January 2024." The solicitation due date remains unchanged: January 25, 2024, at 2:00PM Central Time.

23 JANUARY 2024 UPDATE: The solicitation is amended to include an answers to a question received after the Q&A period expired. See attached Amendment 0002 and file named, "Attachment 0002 - QnA for 24T0010 Saylorville Lake Refuse_22JAN2024" The solicitation end date is extended to January 25, 2024, at 2:00PM Central Time. The Government anticipates no additional extensions will be needed.

18 JANUARY 2024 UPDATE: The solicitation is amended to include answers to questions received during the Q&A period. See attached Amendment 0001 and file named, "Attachment 0001 - QnA for 24T0010 Saylorville Lake Refuse_18JAN2024." The axle and weight requirements in Section 3.1 EQUIPMENT of the Performance Work Statement are removed. The solicitation end date is extended to January 23, 2024, at 2:00PM Central Time. This solicitation will close on January 19, 2024, at 2:00PM Central Time.

Quotes may be emailed directly to the Contract Specialist - Christopher McCabe at christopher.a.mccabe@usace.army.mil. Include the Solicitation Number in the subject line of your email. Technical questions related to this solicitation should be sent to the Contract Specialist, and must be received by Friday, January 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes the anticipated contract schedule and other important information.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all workforce, labor, equipment, materials/supplies, transportation, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide refuse and recycling collection and disposal services, including supplying of collection containers, for all designated public use and administrative areas at the Saylorville Lake Project, near Johnston, Iowa, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and elsewhere within the solicitation.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards as outlined in the contract. Services also consist of attending annual pre-work conferences, meetings as necessary, and preparing worksheets and invoices. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The expected period(s) of performance is/are as follows:

BASE PERIOD: 1 March 2024 through 28 February 2025 OPTION PERIOD 1: 1 March 2025 through 28 February 2026 OPTION PERIOD 2: 1 March 2026 through 28 February 2027
