SITE VISIT: Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit. Vendors shall bring government issued identification, safety gears (hard hat, safety boots, etc.), and personal protective equipment (PPE) for the COVID-19 if required by either the State or Federal guidelines in effect at the time of the site visit. At a minimum of two business days prior to the site visit, submit name, title, and phone number of personnel attending the pre-bid site visit. Submit the information to:
