Amendment 4: Interested vendors: Good afternoon. The RFQ is being extended until 25 March. As indicated in the RFQ addendum to FAR 52.212-1 “Instructions to Offerors”, the government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract without discussions. After an exhaustive review of all offers, the government determined that it did not have a complete compliant offer to make an award. Carefully review the cited addendum and the evaluation factors under FAR provision 52.212-2 “Evaluation Factor” and ensure you are submitting a complete offer in response to the RFQ. Mr. Colón Acevedo Amendment 3: This solicitation close date has been extended as the Government did not receive a complete quote from any of interested vendors. The additional time will allow vendors to review their submission to meet the RFQ compliance checklist as outlined in the RFQ addendum to FAR 52.212-1.

Amendment 1:The purpose of this amendment is to update FAR provision 52.212-2 "Evaluation Factors as show n in the summary of changes. (SYNOPSIS) The RCO-Wiesbaden is soliciting a non-personal service(s) contract to provide to the United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR-AF) Cybersecurity Summit (CSS) a Conference room, two (2) Work Group rooms, three (3) Meeting Rooms and lodging for attendees.

Objectives: Provide conference locations and services for a professional cybersecurity event commensurate with expectations of senior Defense Department cybersecurity leadership, professionals, and workforce. Conference, dining, and lodging facilities shall be co-located within the same facility. Lodging rooms shall be provided at the vendor’s facility for attendees per list provided. Meals shall be available onsite for attendees.

The Contractor shall provide one main conference room, two meeting group rooms and three small meeting room for the event. The total number of attendees will not exceed 210 people, and the Summit will require a maximum of forty five(45) standard rooms and five(5) VIP rooms. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details.

Place of Performance: The Contractor shall perform all work defined in this PWS only at the Contractor’s facility. Conference, dining and lodging facilities shall be co-located within the same facility. Parking shall be co-located adjacent to or with the same facility. The location of the facility shall be no further than Sixteen(16) kilometers from Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, Germany (OCONUS) This is an Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year ordering periods.

The service will be procured under FAR Part 13 procedures using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Date required for the Base year: The 2024 Summit is projected to be delivered on 22-26 July 2024.
