First Article Test Report: Required There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code D, limiting access to United States Government Agencies and their Contractors.

Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/). When requesting access to this solicitation’s TDP, please submit your firm’s approved DD2345 to the Point of Contact of this posting for review and approval. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically.

The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
