The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced construction contract. This procurement is being conducted on a full and open basis, IAW FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding via an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will result in award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Bonding will be required at the time of bid opening by separate Bid Bonds; and after award but before Notice to Proceed, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
