## Description

September 5, 2024 - Amendment 0001 - Amendment issued to supply 4 responses to the 4 questions submitted by a potential respondent to the original solicitation. Also, correct information regarding Subtotals under the Delaware River To depth and overdepth are contained in the Amendment. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) W912BU24B0012 for the Maintenance Dredging Wilmington Harbor and Delaware River Philadelphia. to the Sea PA, NJ and DE.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced construction contract. This procurement is being conducted on a full and open basis, IAW FAR part 14, Sealed Bidding via an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will result in award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Bonding will be required at the time of bid opening by separate Bid Bonds; and after award but before Notice to Proceed, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.

The awarded contract will contain Liquidated Damages at the rate specified in the Solicitation. The contract period of performance is 210 calendar days.
