Amendment 01 Posted 30 June 2025. See Amended 99M Airfield_Design_UNR_A-E_Services_ Synopsis_AMD0001. The Government is procuring this contract in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and will select firms for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The services will consist of preparation of studies, analysis, design services, and construction support services for Military airfield projects Worldwide.

The Government intends to negotiate and award a target of six (6) indefinite delivery contracts (IDCs), with a five-year ordering period (5-year base and NO option period) and $99,000,000 in shared capacity. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders. The Government anticipates that future task orders will range from $100,000 to $10,000,000. Any changes regarding this requirement will be revised through this posting.
