COURT REPORTING SERVICES For the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District Office of CounselThis is a non-personal services contract to provide court reporting services for a maximum of twenty (20) depositions and their transcripts for two matters total or ten (10) for each matter.

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform and support court reporting services for twenty (20) depositions in accordance with this PWS. To include but not limited to providing electronic copies of deposition transcripts and a virtual platform to host the depositions. The Honolulu District Office of Counsel (?OC?) will coordinate the scheduling of the depositions with the Contractor.

Multiple depositions may be taken over several days and depositions may be rescheduled and/or cancelled by the Government as needed. Services for this requirement include real time verbatim transcription, certified electronic transcripts and indices of the proceedings, video recording of the proceedings (upon request), and video teleconferencing of proceedings.
