Sources Sought Notice_South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Office has a requirement on behalf of Army Futures Command (AFC) for Convention and Trade Show Organizer services for marketing, event planning, event execution, and post-event analysis at the South West Conference and Festival, with an emphasis on maximizing the Army's visibility and impact during the events. The services provided, shall include but are not limited to:

Event programming and planning Procurement of venue spacing Exhibition space management Setting up audio-visual systems and stage support Marketing and promotional activities Capturing and producing videos, media coverage Regulatory compliance Coordination of at least (2) presentation sessions per day at prime event locations Video recording and social media amplification Registration/credentialing Please refer to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional details.
