Provide Boxed Noon Meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the Spokane Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in accordance with the attached Product and Delivery Specification Details for the base period of 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 with two, one-year option periods.
