## Description

Provide Boxed Noon Meals (sub sandwiches) to applicants processing through the Spokane Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in accordance with the attached Product and Delivery Specification Details for the base period of 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 with two, one-year option periods.

**Spokane MEPS Noon Meals List of Changes:** Provision FAR 52.212-1 Addendum - Instructions to Offerors, II. Quote Submission Requirements, Paragraph b) revised to add, The RFQ submission requirement for one legible copy of the state or local government health inspection report, if and as required for the proposed food service preparation facility, is hereby waived for this location only. Current, unexpired copies of all inspections shall be submitted within 60 days of the date of TO award and annually thereafter All other terms and conditions of this RFQ remain unchanged. **Question:** Due to staffing shortages, the local Health Department has fallen behind on conducting their annual inspections. To help facilitate this requirement, would it be possible to consider extending the closing date by one week?
