Amendment 0002 has been issued. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to:

1. Remove clause 52.232-29.

2. Provide final answers to questions, and no additonal questions will be accepted. No other changes made or implied

Amendment 0001 has been issued. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Incorporate revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 August 2026.

2. Incorporate Attachment titled: Referenced Conceptual Drawings.

3. Provide updated answers to all questions.

4. Extend the quote due date to 3 September 2026, no later then 11:00 AM Pacific Time. No other changes made or implied.

A site visit will be conducted on August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT. Interested offerors shall meet at 2713 Hogan Dam Road, Valley Springs, CA 95252. Point of Contact for Site Visit is Leah Peterson. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions affecting contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract.
