The Contractor shall provide materials, labor, equipment, and supervision required to perform asphalt paving and patching, at Summersville Lake. Quantities are estimated and prospective Offerors are encouraged to visit the work sites to verify actual quantities. The work locations in this requirement are only accessible when Summersville Lake is at the winter pool level between the dates of December 1 through April 1 each year.
