Amendment 0002: SOLICITATION NO. W911YU25QA018, GUNG CYP Youth Regional, Guam National Guard, Barrigada, Guam, Amendment 0002.This amendment corrects CLIN and Performance Work Statement (PWS) under section 3 to change availability of services times, section 4.1.4 and 4.1.5 to change the event space/meal room from 2 separate rooms to 1 combined room and remove coffee as needed by the requiring activity. Instructions to Offerors is amended to reflect Simplified Acquisition Procedures in place of LPTA language. Contractors shall complete boxes #8 and #15 of the SF30, and include with their quotation. Government Response to RFIs provided. Required documents include:

(2) Price Proposal;

(3) Technical capabilities statement;

(4) Solicitation Amendment W911YU25QA0180001 SF 30; and (5) Solicitation Amendment W911YU25QA0180002 SF 30. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W911YU-25-Q-A018. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.)

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (11 June 2025), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693, Revision #24.A Small Business, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts.

The quotations shall be evaluated based on Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, Size Standard $40,000,000. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.
