Amendment 0002 is to update Specification Sections 03 30 00 CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE and 01 35 26 GOVERNMENTAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS as a result of Requests for Information (RFIs), extend the Bidder Inquiry suspense to 5:00 PM (CST) on April 4, 2024 and changed the bid opening date to April 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM (Eastern). Reference amendment attachment for details. As a result of this amendment, the due date for bids is hereby extended to April 10, 2024 at 2:30 PM (Eastern).

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District is performing necessary marine infrastructure necessary marine infrastructure repairs at the Duluth Vessel Yard in Duluth, Minnesota. Work under this contract primarily consists of encasing the existing south pier and slip headwall structures with steel sheeting and piling.
