## Description

Amendment 0002 is to update Specification Sections 03 30 00 CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE and 01 35 26 GOVERNMENTAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS as a result of Requests for Information (RFIs), extend the Bidder Inquiry suspense to 5:00 PM (CST) on April 4, 2024 and changed the bid opening date to April 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM (Eastern). Reference amendment attachment for details. As a result of this amendment, the due date for bids is hereby extended to April 10, 2024 at 2:30 PM (Eastern).

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District is performing necessary marine infrastructure necessary marine infrastructure repairs at the Duluth Vessel Yard in Duluth, Minnesota.
