Notice of Award - Washer & Dryer Maintenance & Repair Service at West Point, NY

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the Washer and Dryer Maintenance and Repair Service, at West Point, NY. This is a base + 4 option years. The period of performance is listed below:

Base Year: 01 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 1st Option Year: 01 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 2nd Option Year: 01 April 2027 through 31 March 2028 3rd Option Year: 01 April 2028 through 31 March 2029 4th Option Year: 01 April 2029 through 31 March 2030 This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811412 – Appliance and Repair Maintenance, size standard is $19 Million and PSC is J072.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered in SAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern.

This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at: https://www.sam.gov. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation. Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 3, 2025 BY 12:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.

Eastern Standard Time in order to be considered for award.

All interested offerors must complete, sign and return the Solicitation W911SD25RA008 and fill in the clauses incorporated by full text, starting on page 41, with an “x” where applicable and return no later than Monday, March 3, 2025 by 12:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time to the e-mail address listed above. All interested offerors must review all the attached documents for the Washer and Dryer Maintenance and Repair Service and check www.SAM.Gov for any changes to the Solicitation W911SD25RA008.
