AWARD # W911SD-25-PA-026 NOTIFICATION LETTER COOKING EXHAUST INSPECTION/ MAINTENANCE/CLEANING AT WEST POINT, NY March 28, 2025 SUBJECT: Notice of Conditional Contract Award(s) under Solicitation # W911SD-23-RA-0070002 COOKING EXHAUST INSPECTION/ MAINTENANCE/CLEANING AT WEST POINT, NY This letter is regarding the subject Request for Quotes (RFQ), issued by the U.S. Army Department of the Mission Installation and Contracting Command at West Point, NY (MICC - WP) for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Department of Public Works (DPW) at West Point, NY.

The requirement was clearly definable, and the risk of contractor performance is minimal. In this case, technical capability and price play a dominant role in the selection process.

The Department has evaluated the quotes received using the criteria identified in the RFQ, and the Department is hereby announcing its conditional contract award(s) to the following bidder(s): • INTEGRITY SYSTEMS LLC $245,629.25 As provided in the Solicitation, the Notice of Conditional Contract Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the Department and the apparent successful vendor.

The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to the Department is executed. The Department further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Conditional Contract Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract.

As stated in the RFQ, following announcement of this award decision, all submissions in response to the RFQ are considered public records available for public inspection pursuant FAR Regulations, and USCC Codes. Further information can be obtained by visiting www.fpds.gov, once all supporting data has been finalized.
