The requirement was clearly definable, and the risk of contractor performance is minimal. In this case, technical capability and price play a dominant role in the selection process. The Department has evaluated the quotes received using the criteria identified in the RFQ, and the Department is hereby announcing its conditional contract award(s) to the following bidder(s): • INTEGRITY SYSTEMS LLC $245,629.25 As provided in the Solicitation, the Notice of Conditional Contract Award is subject to execution of a written contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the Department and the apparent successful vendor.
