NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – ACFOA, Inc. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: ACFOA, Inc. 222 S Bay DR Massapequa, New York 11758-8414, United States This is a continuing requirement for Sports Officiating – Officials and Time- Keepers for Football, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, and Lacrosse, at a collegiate level, National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) accredited for the United States Military Academy.

The NAICS Code is 711219 – Other Spectator Sports with a size standard of $16 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice.

A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 08/23/2024 by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Dennis Cook dennis.j.cook8.civ@army.mil.
